CHICAGO — Yaxel Lendeborg admitted on Wednesday he may have been a little too generous toward Michigan when speaking to a reporter a couple of days earlier. The transfer from UAB had said he was perhaps leaning Michigan over the NBA 60 to 40. Spending more time at the NBA draft combine changed the equation.
“This whole process is really opening my eyes,” Lendeborg said. “I feel like now I’m definitely equal. I’m super stuck, quicksand, whatever you want to call it. I’m stuck in between for sure.”
